Statement of Faith

God, The Father

  • We believe that there is one God, existing eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe that God gives the gift of salvation freely to all who desire a personal relationship with Him.

  • We believe that man was and is created in the image of God but because of sin, man was separated from God. It is through Jesus Christ that man can enter into fellowship and communion with God again.

God, The Holy Spirit

  • We believe that the Holy Spirit is active in convincing unbelievers of their need for salvation, and is the Comforter and Guide Who lives in every believer.

The Scripture

  • We believe…“Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action),” 2Timothy 3:16 AMP

Baptism

  • We believe in water baptism, as exemplified by Jesus Christ, as the way for believers to associate with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Jesus, The Son

  • We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, was wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose bodily from the grave, and ascended into Heaven.

  • We believe that all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior become joint heirs with Him, and upon death, they will be with Christ in heaven.

  • We believe that by admitting within our hearts that we have sinned and believing with all of our heart in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and accepting Him as our Lord and Savior, we are truly saved and will spend eternity with Him in heaven.

  • We believe that our Lord and Savior will return to earth and establish His Kingdom.

  • We believe that our Savior Jesus Christ was sacrificed on Calvary for the sins of the world. His blood has covered all of our sins and we were made justified by His death and shedding of blood. For He rose on the third day with all power in His hands and sits on the right hand of God interceding for believers and we will see Him again in His coming.

The Church

  • We believe that the church is a body of baptized believers with our Savior Jesus Christ as the Head of the church.

  • We believe that all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior become joint heirs with Him, and upon death, they will be with Christ in heaven.

  • We believe that it is the desire of every Christian to become a disciple of Christ by growing toward spiritual maturity through the knowledge of and obedience to the Word of God and submission to the Holy Spirit, who indwells, baptizes and seals all believer’s at the moment of salvation.

  • We believe that every saint of God is to be a vital part of the church because it is our heavenly Father’s primary scene for believers to be developed spiritually and transform families and communities as a whole.
