WHO WE ARE
Senior Pastor Willie Davis Jr., & Pastor Ciara Davis & Their Girls: Destiny, Ashanti & Trinity
Pastor Willie B. Davis Jr is the Senior Pastor and founder of Invisible Reality Ministries. For the past 27 years he has dedicated his life to restoring families, empowering youth and building strong communities throughout the city of Milwaukee (focusing primarily within the underserved areas of Milwaukee).
Pastor Davis is currently an active Common Ground leader, and served as a board member for The Dominican Center, Inhabit, Inc. and President of Community First Inc. He continues to serve and develop strategic plans for the betterment of the region with community, political and religious leaders. His leadership style focus is in the areas of cognitive psychology (how the brain works) philosophy (how people reason) and linguistics (how people express themselves). He has found that by combining these disciplines, a leader can further maximize their gifts and talents to lead and build great cultures. As a result of applying what he has learned, he is emerging as one of the purposeful actors in our community that will create a new value systems, build relationships that are grounded in those systems, and activate the gifts and talents of those who would bring those systems to life in any environment.
As a strategy and executive team member of Common Ground, Pastor Davis, along with community leaders, realtors, bank representatives and political leaders conversed the negative effects the negative effects the foreclosure crisis had on Milwaukee. The result of these meetings and strategic planning resulted in 3 major banks committing more than $15 million to rebuild and stabilize housing efforts in cities worst hit neighborhoods due to the foreclosure crisis.
Pastor Davis serves as a strong advocate for reducing economic and health disparities in the Milwaukee area. This has led him to partner on various community-based initiatives. One in particular was entitled: A Faith Community GYM: Guiding Youth Movement for Sustained, Healthy Futures. This collaboration between Milwaukee Area Technical College, YMCA, Badgerland Striders and the Medical College of Wisconsin expressed substantive ideas and strategies that have resulted in the promotion of youth health and the reduction of economic disparities in the Amani Neighborhood.
The Wisconsin Senate awarded Pastor Davis with a citation commending him for his leadership role in the community. Pastor Davis attended Marquette University, double majoring in Psychology and Leadership & Organization with a Public Service concentration that includes political leadership, leadership in nonprofit organizations, grassroots organizations and community-based organizations.

Pastor Ciara, is the wife of Pastor Willie B. Davis Jr., the Senior Pastor of Invisible Reality Ministries in Milwaukee, WI., where they have both served for the past 9 years. This year, they will celebrate 23 years of marriage and have 3 beautiful daughters; Destiny, Ashanti and Trinity.
Pastor Ciara was born and raised right here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal Savior at a young age, and it was evident at the onset that the call of God was on her life. It was not until recently that she knew what that call would entail.
Pastor Ciara is always quoted saying, "all you need is faith, the size of a mustard seed." It is this faith that will build strong men/women of God, stronger families and in turn create great communities of people who will serve The Lord.
Pastor Ciara believes that, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward." Colossians 3:23. Her passion is demonstrating that the outcome of hard work and commitment to God will pay off.
God's Word is the authority and His Spirit is the teacher as Pastor Ciara leads women on a delightful journey of seeking, finding, and growing in Christ. She is committed to finding the need and meeting it; finding the hurt and healing it.
Pastor Ciara's educational pursuits includes: an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Bachelors of Art degree from Alverno College with a major in Business and Management and minor in Professional Communication. She is a member of the Association for Women in Communications, as well as the National Association of Professional Women.
She is currently employed as a Program Director at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Meeting her career centered pursuits of leading in the Medical field.
Pastor Ciara is rare jewel, fashioned by the Master's touch with the unusual ability to communicate the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
