At IRM, we believe that Christian Education recognizes God’s sovereignty and Christ’s Kingship and therefore God’s claim over all of creation is taken seriously.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (2 Tim 3:16-17)
Empowering the Body of Christ, individuals and the community, through various means of education, personal and spiritual development, technology and science are proven strategies for eradicating poverty and reducing disparity. Keeping in harmony with the Word of God, (2 Timothy 3:16-17) Invisible Reality’s Christian Education Ministry provides instruction through Biblical Studies, which encourages Christ like values and progressive spiritual maturity, for the total being.

We offer the following courses:

*Clergy Training and Development Every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 10am

IRM Roots Youth and Children's Ministry
We teach our youth, God loves you and created you for a purpose: to know Him and have a personal, eternal relationship with Him, including inner peace and a fulfilling life. It is a priority for us to ensure our children and youth are taught biblical truths while they are still young.
It is our goal to present a radical vision of a loving and Holy God; a bigger God.

Young Adult Ministry
• Young adults ages 19-24, that are looking for authenticity by ensuring that what they see and experience when they walk into worship service is consistent with the messages heard or communicated in the service. It is our goal to present a radical vision of a loving and Holy God; a bigger God. Our goal is to help these adults answer the questions:

â–ª What’s my purpose in life?

Elevating Youth Ministries (EYM)
• Allows youth ages 11-18, to encounter and experience God on their level through worship, the teaching of the Word, and fellowship.
• Our mission is to introduce youth to Jesus Christ, to develop a more intimate relationship with Him, and equip them to intentionally share Him with others.
• Empowering them to grow into an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Keep them lifted spiritually to overcome tests, trials, and any other situation they may face in life. It is our intention to equip them for evangelism for their friends and family.

Exceptional Children Ministry (ECM)
• It is a priority for us to ensure our children ages 3-10, are taught biblical truths while they are still young. Children are very influential at this age and they model what they are taught at home, school, daycare, so God must be a strong presence in their lives.

Mens Empowerment Network (M.E.N.)
There is nothing quite as powerful as Men who are empowered and overwhelmed with the spirit of the Lord! The IRM Men’s ministry’s focus is to provide outlets for the men to serve together, and grow together. We will do this through fellowship, accountability, prayer, teaching of the word, worship, equipping and ministry to one another.

Women in Power Network (W.I.N)
We “In-Power” to (serve, support, teach, encourage) Women to take an active and participatory role in their homes, in ministry, on their jobs and in their communities. When women are on one-accord, with Christ as the focal point of all that we do, there aren’t any limits to what we can accomplish.

Intercessory Prayer Team

God encourages His people - those who believe in Him and follow Him - to PRAY to Him. the Bible is filled with the prayers of many ordinary people who intentionally conveyed their hearts to God through Prayer. Many of those were messages of petition, but others were messages of praise and adoration; expressions of joy and wonder; confessions of doubt, fear, anxiety and statements of hope.
Prayer can go up to God in many forms, but deliberate communication directed to God is the heart of Prayer.

Praise and Worship Team
Worship is one of the most indispensable activities of the Christian Church. Offering a powerful, and impactful worship experience is what we’ve been called to do. Our ultimate goal in service is to magnify the greatness of God, through the ministry of music. We have been called to deliver a powerful, and impactful worship experience through the power of the Holy Spirit. We do this by combining God’s Word with music and song, thereby motivating the church to proclaim the Gospel, to cherish God’s presence and to live for God’s glory!

CIVIC OUTREACH Ministry
The Spirit cannot be limited to the four walls of a building.

This ministry supports a holistic approach to families as a unit. We seek to encourage, enhance, and equip the family in spiritually. Promoting growth and maturity by educating and mentoring the family as a whole and the individual.
“For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.” (Ephesians 3:14-15)

Outreach = Reach Out. Simply stated, outreach is one of the major cores of our ministry. It’s meeting the needs of our community and world, while expressing God’s love in ways that will always build relationships and provide opportunities to share God’s strategic plan of salvation.
Our Outreach Ministry is an essential part of our mission to be “salt and light” to those around us. We understand that the world is full of hurting people, and it’s our desire to share God’s love in a tangible way. With this understanding in mind, The Spirit cannot be limited to the four walls of a building. We must get out and reach the people exactly where they are.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” ( Luke 4:18-19)

INVISIBLE REALITY PRISON MINISTRY
​The Vision of Invisible Reality Prison Ministry (IRPM) is to positively support those impacted by incarceration and to assist them in recognizing their true identity in Jesus Christ. Our approach will ultimately lead to transformed individuals, unified families, and strengthened communities.
